Umit Casting is a foundry located in Turkey, acting since 1992 producing alloyed cast spares for shot blast machines, heat and corrosion resistant steel castings, alloy steel castings and abrasion resistant castings of nickel or chromium hardened. Our quality has been proven by our sector leader customers both in domestic market and export area and we have been certificated by AQA (American Quality Assessors) ISO 9001 – Q 9001 : 2000

Cast spares for shot blast machines such as blades, impellers, control cages, turbine wheels, protective plates and all other related cast parts, Heat and corrosion resistant steel castings, Alloy steel castings, Abrasion resistant castings of nickel or chromium hardened, CAST TYPESSteel: SAE 4140, 4130 etc. Stainless Steel: AISI 304, 310, 316 L etc. Ni-Hard 1-4 Cr-Hard 1-2 UB-6 Ni-Resist All kind special alloys. FOUNDRY2 induction furnaces having 350 kg and 550 kg capacity, 2 shot blast machines ( 1 with hanger, 1 with drum ), 1 pce 5 axis Mazak ( VARIAXIS 630 – 5 X II ), 1 sand preparation and regeneration unit, In addition to our current computer controlled heat treatment unit, 1 continuous, and 1 smaller size heat treatment unit will start operation in June 2008, We also have new investment plans, QUALITY CONTROL1 QES – 5500 type 20 channel optical emission spectrometer, 1 Seagull ZCX-1 type optical micrograph, 1 Wolpert metal hardness tester, 1 sieve shaker, And other necessary tools and equipments, Weights of shot blast blades are balanced with 1 gram,
